Your purpose

Your role as the Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing and attraction, assessment and validation and managing the offer process, to ensure AAQUA meets its hiring targets. You will have a focus on building our teams for the Engineering and Safety & Integrity domain.

Based in Singapore, you’ll be a member of the global People & Support team, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Your focus

Your contribution will include:

  • Adhere to the AAQUA Talent Acquisition philosophy·- we do things differently and with a distinct ~HumanFirst mindset!

  • Assist in building and executing our talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing·

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions, particularly for our Tech and Safety & Integrity domains

  • Conduct and manage recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)·

  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports·

  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events·

  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities·

  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment·

  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates·

  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities·

  • Assist in creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics·

  • Communicate regularly with People Team and Engineering leadership to get a clear view of hiring needs·

  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies·

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Your journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

  • Previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in both Tech organisations as well as general recruitment capacity

  • In- depth knowledge of candidate selection methods·

  • Excellent understanding of fill cycle recruitment processes·

  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)·

  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills·

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills·

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads·

  • Creative thinker and pro- active problem solver·

  • A very positive, “can do” attitude
