Your Community

You will have a key role in ensuring all creative work flows are efficiently manage across the complete organization.


Your Purpose


You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment in implementing tools to assist and enhance project management. You will be partnering with cross-functional teams spread globally to ensure consistency and timely deliverables. As Traffic Lead, you will manage and plan all workload through the visual team ensuring all projects are resourced correctly

Your Focus

  • Serves as a key liaison between Visual, Proposition and MAGIC teams to clarify projects, assign resources and ensure all specifications and input are documented, feedback is clear and can be executed
  • Develops and manages detailed project timelines, asset lists and leads follow up with teams to meet deadlines
  • Monitor scheduling, planning and resource management of projects from original concept through delivery of final products
  • Schedule timeline and milestones to manage production to meet project delivery dates
  • Quality check on the creative work produced
  • Tracks issues within projects and deliverables managing resolution with the corresponding teams
  • Prioritise work for copywriter, designers, and MAGIC team within the Visual department
  • Review and shape the overall visual design team to be fit for purpose for short and medium term
  • Support the development of the designers
  • Identify a freelance and agency network to support the full scale delivery of visual design needs

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:​

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in creative, media or integrated marketing agency
  • Proven track record in smoothen traffic processes and increase efficiency within a multi-layered teams
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing and demonstrable experience of managing complex, critical and fast-paced projects
  • Strong organisational skills with great confidence to work with cross-functional teams across various level
  • Eager to learn and share your knowledge with high adaptability skills as you will be working in an agile start up environment

Your Knowledge

Given your epic background you will have strong skills and hands-on experience working with creative, marketing and visual teams. As we are a widespread global team, to truly connect and collaborate, business English skills are a must.
