Your Purpose


Your role as Safety Community Lead will focus on managing the Aaqua moderators’ community, supporting community moderators with the skills and knowledge needed to build and sustain meaningful and engaging communities of passion, in a Human-first manner.

 

Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

  • Creating socially impactful content, nurturing responsible and relevant engagement across our passion communities.
  • Manage the daily running of the Moderators’ Community.
  • Being the voice of Aaqua, creating a daily dialogue with our community moderators, managing and executing programmes and content delivery that spark participation and interaction amongst moderators with the objective of supporting them in being effective and empowered managers of their communities.
  • Support the creation of an inclusive community strategy for Aaqua, attracting and delighting members to consume and engage with daily Aaqua content within the ecosystem, and be recognised for their participation.
  • Draft, curate and create engaging content formats within our Aaqua channels on a range of safety issues.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Trust and Safety, Communications, Lifecycle and Growth, Design teams in ideation, planning and executing intuitive communications campaigns to provide safety support and management in an interactive and refreshing way.

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

  • Out of ordinary understanding of various social media platforms, and content creative tools, with hands on experience with any social media, customer relationship, analytics and design tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, SocialBakers, Meltwater, CleverTap, Canva Pro or the like.
  • A proven track record in establishing and managing active digital communities, and an expert in content marketing, as well as curating inspiring scripts and dialogues with the innate ability of inspiring conversations, engagement and actions
  • At least 1 to 3 year’s experience in a related field
  • Diploma or Undergrad BA/B, preferably in Communications, Advertising, Media or Digital Marketing
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and cross-cultural in approach and understanding
  • Passionate about keeping the online space safe and respectful. Bonus if you come with some understanding of online safety issues.


Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have deep skills/ technical knowledge in Trust, Safety & Integrity. As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
