Your Community

You will be a member of the Performance Management team, a part of Trust & Safety Operations, working closely with your lead, Head of Operations, Trust & Safety

Your Purpose

Your role as Performance Management Associate / Lead will focus on executing / setting the strategic direction for performance management and developing the performance management framework.

Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

  • Ensure program success through strong performance management of KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
  • Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
  • Leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiative
  • Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
  • Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Manage a high-performance team in a cross functional heavy, analytical minded, operations organization
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members
  • Identify and prioritize investigative and analytical opportunities to assess risks
  • Develop team goals & metrics
  • Develop domain expertise and work closely with cross functional partners

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

  • 4+ years of experience managing and driving operational performance, supporting operational excellence, consulting or related field​
  • Understanding of relevant tech landscapes including content moderation, outsourcing, and policy ​
  • Experience with large scale operations working across or coordinating with cross functional teams like training, quality, product management, engineering and product​


  • 6+ years’ experience doing quantitative analysis, operational analyses in a risk, technology, analytics, operations field, and 3+ years’ people management experience

Your Travels

You may be required to travel 10-15% of the time when the borders open up again 

Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have deep skills on operational performance management in collaboration with cross functional partners.
