Your Purpose

Your role as Partnerships Development Lead will focus on outlining opportunities to support AAQUA’s ambitious growth, looking for ways to improve and innovate in terms of partnership models, new revenue prospects and enhanced market presence by developing tactics.

Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership to develop and oversee strategic projects and drive transformation in alignment with Aaqua‘s direction and ~HumanMission
• Identify and develop domain and content growth tactics for M.A.G.I.C. PASSION verticals
• Work with partner team leads, to model partner deal structures, future growth and value distributions for partners on the platform
• Source, model and structure new business transactions and models
• Work closely with the Proposition Team to understand the roadmap, and how this can be applied to Partner business opportunities
• Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid key tactical and operational decisions
• Identify investment opportunities and organic growth drivers
• Refine key business and financial metrics, develop templates and processes to monitor metrics
• Maintain and manage high- level relationships with tactical partners inside and outside of the organisation, to achieve goals and expand into new areas of opportunity
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the social and content marketplace and future trends
• Present tactics and new business opportunities to leaders, teams and external partners

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

• Preferred 4 - 5 years of experience, working in strategy, business development or related work for a media, consulting, or information services company. Start- up experience is a plus.
• Tactical thinker with strong analytical skills who can dissect complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
• Proven ability to persuade, build consensus and work on a collaborative team basis with all levels internally and externally
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, environment
• Results oriented and performance driven

Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have outstanding problem-solving abilities, judgement and attention to detail. Strong quantitative excel skills especially in dealing with synthesizing large data sets and modelling various scenarios
