Your Purpose

You will take on a role within the M.A.G.I.C. Team and assist hands- on to deliver best in market tactical and creative partner proposals across our priority market of SEA and ANZ.

Your Focus
Your contribution will include:

  • Partner closely with the domain leads to understand the partners business, the opportunity for AAQUA and identify partner give gets.
  • Combine creative solutions, with insights and a solid understanding of the Aaqua proposition and features to develop go-to -market proposal to key partners
  • Be the custodian of go-to-market tactics, best-in-class decks and solutions
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and ways to optimize partnership deals
  • Collaborate across cross teams and business units to pull together the right opportunities and ideas for partners
  • Guide and manage junior team members to deliver on proposals and request.
  • Be fully responsible and ensure a perpetual high level of service for your book of business
  • Manage creative roadmaps across all projects/deals
  • Keep up-to-date with digital, social and martech trends in order to ensure that AAQUA is at the forefront of innovation and continues to stay ahead of competition.

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in client solutions, creative development and/or strategy roles at an agency
  • Strong ideation skills & creative vision, tactical thinker
  • Outstanding knowledge of the digital & content landscape, from creative process, conceptualisation to implementation and best practices.
  • Experience work with social platforms, Social content and strategies
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills – ability to creatively and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
  • Have a creative disruptor mindset
  • Experience working as part of a global, cross-functional team.
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing start up environment

Given your epic background, you will have a deep passion for bringing ideas to life. You are a strategic creative thinker who has extensive experience in the digital content landscape. As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
