Your Purpose

Your role as Partner Management Associate will see you working in the Partner Success team collaborating with the broader Partners and Members team in M.A.G.I.C to ensure all partnerships are managed with a human touch and deliver upon Aaqua’s growth plans. Working closely with the Partners Management lead and other team members this role is responsible for post deal management and end to end delivery of partners assets on Aaqua.

Your Focus
Your contribution will include:

  • Working with the Partner Management lead you are responsible for servicing and account management of key partners on Aaqua across the different passion verticals.
  • Own the relationship to provide the human touch to our partners on Aaqua.
  • Provide operational on-boarding of partners and provide them with tools for success
  • Work in conjunction with Community Manager in the members Lifecycle team to ensure Partners’ content output is shaped distinctly for Aaqua while also delivered on time and to the highest quality
  • With your lead assist and support partner to grow engagement across their Passion communities
  • Share best practices with your team leads, broader partners and internal teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Members, Community Leads & Proposition) on feedback loops and ensure issues are resolved quickly
  • Build strong relationships with partners to quickly identify issues and help to resolve them quickly
  • Attend and input on weekly WIPS with Partners and internals teams
  • Work with your lead to input insight into business reviews and take a proactive approach to building and expanding partners presence on Aaqua
  • Track, analyse and report partners results ensuring delivery against OKR’s and success metrics
  • Assist your lead with any reporting, analytics and presentations required
  • Educate and update partner on all new features and developments to ensure partners content evolves with Aaqua

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

  • At least 3 - 5years’ experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, agency or social media company
  • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
  • Adaptability, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills using proper escalation processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience working as part of a global, cross-functional team.
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing start up environment

Your Knowledge
Given your epic background, you will have strong skills in project management and its tools and hands-on experience working with partners and on large-scale campaigns across the Media and Entertainment landscape.
