Your Community

You will be a member of the Aaqua Mobile Core team, working closely with the different engineering teams to manage the release process of our mobile applications.

Your Purpose

You will be leading the continuous delivery of the releases for our mobile applications. You'll leverage product management best practices to lead initiatives focused on product delivery, customer experience and scalability. You'll utilise metrics to analyse, plan, and implement processes that lead to an improvement in overall delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

  • Management of the release calendar.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead deployments of major product releases, patches, and changes.
  • Coordinate with product managers to manage the delivery of releases while ensuring any issues are triaged and resolved accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the different engineering teams to ensure successful and stable deployments and releases.
  • Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently; Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Submit our applications on different stores (iOS, Google Play) and follow up on the review process.
  • Build strong relationships with the Apple and Google developer experience teams to continuously optimise the release process.
  • Be the primary contact for both internal and external communication on release topics.
  • Provide documentation and analytics on releases and the overall release process.

Your Knowledge

You have

  • Strong organisational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Experience in using App Store Connect and the Play Console.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Proficiency in app automation tools like Fastlane
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and (mobile) operating systems.
  • Experience with launching mobile applications.
  • Proven work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different timezones.
  • Having worked with patterns such as feature flagging and A/B testing.
  • Experience with React Native applications is a big plus.
