Your Community

You will be a member of the Learning Technologies team, reporting to the Learning Technologies Enablement Head, collaborating across the organization to help drive the responsible adoption of learning technologies.

Your Purpose

As the Learning Technologies Enablement Senior Lead, your purpose will be conceptualizing and defining new opportunity for the business from a Learning Technologies perspective. You will establish a human-centric strategies for our platform, leveraging human-to-machine design along with learning technology algorithms & engineering 

Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

Primary Role – 

•Build the Learning Technology roadmap for Aaqua and an implementation plan for the functional needs across the organization.
•Apply methodology and practice of planning for Learning Technologies implementations use cases in large organizations (Machine Learning / Deep Learning of Vision, Time Series, Operations Research, Natural Language Understanding/Generation and Processing ) and the ability to produce a concrete plan with a justification framework for the AI use cases.
•Produce a program plan that can be then presented for development and execution.
•Provide guidance to the wider organisation on the potential of ML/DL to enhance the platform value proposition

Secondary Role - Lead Teams

•Build a team to help drive the functional aspects of planning, designing, and deploying learning technologies for Aaqua. Help fit gap the platform needs and domain implications to the technology capabilities in an exercise to innovate and improve the use of Learning technologies in the company
•Develop and lead internal AI governance teams and human-centric AI design practitioners

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

•Experience with Enterprise AI and advising organizations around Enterprise-level AI design, development or operations; Experience with Data Science/Business Intelligence is acceptable
•Experience in leading technical and/or strategy consulting projects; management of cross-border stakeholders is a plus
•Subject matter expertise in Recommender Systems, Computer Vision, NLP and/or Time Series is a plus
•Industry exposure in B2C context would be valued
•Early-stage Startup experience, with proven resilience for the challenges of a growing company
•Digital Strategy Advisory for large Enterprise Projects with proven methodology (Accenture, Fjord, McKinsey, BCG, etc.)

Luckily for you travel is not a requirement of this role so you’ll be able to spend more time with your friends and family

Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have deep skills in Learning Technology Advisory and Design and in communicating across stakeholders our vision for AI.
