Your Community


Your role will be to help build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding internal IT services. You will be a talented engineer that demonstrates superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Your Focus


Your contribution will include :

• Implement, configure, update, troubleshoot, and support our software service and systems such as Office.com, Active Directory, Windows, OSX, Slack, …
• Create processes and procedures around consistent onboarding for new employees
• Create and maintain system and security standard guidelines
• Manage and monitor all cloud based IT services
• Maintain security, back up and redundancy strategies
• Provide 1st line support

Your Journey


Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following :

• Experience in supporting Windows and OSX based systems, services, and applications
•You will bring your past experiences and offer fresh ideas and solutions to improve our IT environment
•You should have basic knowledge of security and creating a secure environment as it pertains to IT systems.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others


Your Knowledge

Given your epic background you will have technical knowledge system engineering

Ideally you will have rounded this knowledge out with a tertiary education in Computer Science/Engineering.

As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
