Your Purpose
You will take on a leading role within the M.A.G.I.C. Team and assist in all areas of esports activities , including Content, Brand and Commercial Partnerships. You will take responsibilities, including but not limited to industry research, prospecting and closing new business and potential partners, and fulfilling partnerships.


Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

• Assist in the annual revenue targets as determined by Leadership Team and aligned to OKR’s.
• Prospect and develop new business, including email and cold- calling.
• Lead strategy and prospecting of potential partners across ESPORTS verticals
• In partnership with M.A.G.I.C. Director, set GTM approach for partner acquisition across brands, publishers, creators and IP owners across the ESPORTS genres
• Support renewal process for partner agreements where applicable.
• Assist in managing internal and external sales process, while reporting and updating the Director of M.A.G.I.C. – G.ames on a weekly basis.
• Work with the M.A.G.I.C. team with supporting partnership programs that amplifies the events across the different Passion Fandoms.
• Manage and grow relationships with partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for brands and creators involved in esports.
• Showcasing strong collaborative efforts with other AAQUA members, helping to achieve overall company goals.
• Assume other duties as assigned by the Director of M.A.G.I.C. – G.ames.

Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

• 5+ years’ of esports sales and partnership experience with proven track records
• Passion for video games and esports
• Domain expertise in regional and Asian esports scene
• Highly detail-oriented
• Self- starter
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Teams
• Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
• Events experience would be a plus


Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have a deep passion for gaming, fantasy leagues and esports. Domain expertise and technical knowledge in commercialising and monetising social media platforms. As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
