Your Purpose

Your role as the Conversions Manager will focus on managing, testing and implementing optimization strategies that put our Members first and as a result, improve conversion rates.

Ability to think big picture and drive landing page tests towards Aaqua’s goals and build relevancy and hype in market.


Your Focus

Your contribution will include:

Primary Role – Lead and manage the transformation of Aaqua live

• Work closely with Founders and Members team on activation plan for Aaqua homepage and subsequent landing pages
• Be the torch bearer of experimentation on the landing page and drive development and improvement of the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies by being Member fans obsessed (with data of course!) conducting onsite experiments via A/B tests to give the team broader insights on what our target segment truly wants across Asia
• Effectively and collaborate identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
• Platform management to the wider teams


Secondary Role – Bridge Engineering and Member requirements for Aaqua.live changes

• Working with Member Growth & Engagement team to drive end to end campaigns for acquisition, activation and re-targeting (will become primary soon!)
• Propose and integrate or implement technologies to improve our Members top of funnel engagement
• Manage sprint roster for web changes and launch complex user experiences into production
• Apply analytical expertise to inform them of prospecting Member Fan campaigns

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

• Work directly with the Co-founders and be part of the Founding Aaqua Team to activate initiatives that directly impact the bigger mission
• A once in a lifetime opportunity to lead and build the Aaqua live site and testing principles
• Build your dream tech stack and team as we scale
• Create a center of excellence and establish best practices and document all key learnings via playbook as we embark a phased activation globally


Your Knowledge

Given your epic background, you will have deep skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Optimizely or other testing software, Google Analytics, SQL would be a plus

As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
