Your Purpose



Your role as Community Manager will focus on managing the Aaqua fandom community, driving a member first Aaqua narrative, creating a dialogue through engaging content and marketing Aaqua’s voice on the platform.




Your Focus


Primary Role - Lead People

Let’s create conversations within the Aaqua fandom community of creators, icons, brands and fans, to inspire others. Your daily role will entail creating socially impactful content, nurturing self-expression and participation in our Aaqua ecosystem. You will be the voice of Aaqua, creating a daily dialogue with our member fanbase, an expert storyteller that will manage and execute the narrative through advocacy programs that spark participation on the platform. With a member first approach in content marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of member listening and engagement, driving inspiration.

Create a community fandom strategy for Aaqua, attracting and delighting members to consume and engage with daily Aaqua content within the ecosystem.

Create unforgettable, engaging content formats within the platform’s channels.

A brilliant writer, who enjoys brainstorming and sharing collaborative ideas

Work backwards from our Aaqua member needs to curate fandom content placement, stories and discussions on the Aaqua platform and engage actively in community discussions through member listening.

Work closely with our awesome growth and creative teams in ideation, planning and executing intuitive communications campaigns. Provides copy writing to all content materials.


Secondary Role - Lead Teams

Develop and schedule content across our interactive base that follows brand and community guidelines.

Strategize, monitor and manage all digital assets to grow brand awareness and improve customer experience, for both members and partners, new and existing.

Conceptualise, plan, and execute viral content within Aaqua. Analyze content engagement and test different content formats for target audiences to boost virality, shares, comments, likes and community connection.

Maintain and grow social brand partnerships/influencer collaborations on the platform with recognition and communications campaigns.


Job requirements

Your Journey

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following :

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning
  • A proven track record in managing and scaling large digital communities, and an expert in content marketing, as well as curating inspiring scripts and dialogues with the innate ability of inspiring conversations, engagement and actions
  • At least 1 to 3 year’s experience in a related field
  • Undergrad BA/B, preferably in Communications, Advertising, Media or Digital Marketing
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in different time zones
  • Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail, always improving processes for both customers and partners alike.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholders’ management, and a results oriented team player
  • Hands on experience with any social media, customer relationship or analytics tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, SocialBakers, CleverTap or the like.


Your Knowledge

Given your epic content marketing, community building background, you will have deep skills in CRM, analytics and design tools, and in cross-digital platforms.
